2010 Vendor List: TBA
Vendor Requirements
At Cascade Tracktime, we provide every customer with the highest level of service. We demand the highest standards from all trackside vendors. If you wish to be a vendor at Cascade Tracktime events, you must pre-register for the events and agree to the terms. It is not required but highly recommended that if you choose to be a vendor at a Cascade Tracktime event, you arrive on time, don't leave early and are at all events.
A Cascade Tracktime Trackside Vendor is defined as any one person or group exchanging goods or services directly at or during Cascade Tracktime events and those goods or services are generally available to all who attend. Private mechanics or support personnel are exempt from vendor fees. The vendor policies only pertain to individuals or companies available to ALL attendees. Individuals or groups that do not vend trackside, but post items for sale via their website, are not subject to the vendor fees. However, they must comply with the insurance guidelines.
All vendors, who wish to vend trackside at Cascade Tracktime events, must have a special offer for MotoClub members. This offer is only to be conferred to a valid MotoClub member, and the MotoClub member must present their valid MotoClub ID.

Vendors will receive
- Their information/logo added to the event description information for each date registered
- Click through link to the vendor website/contact email
- Announcement at the rider's meeting
- Announcement over the PA system (where applicable)
Again, vendors must confirm in advance to attend. Once registered and confirmed to attend, do not "No Show". If you must cancel, you must log in to your profile and update your status for that event. Repeated no shows may result in termination of your vendor status and/or payment of 'vendor fees' to participate.
Vendor insurance requirements will not be pro-rated at any time. The idea behind this is to provide continuity in service to the trackside customer. Any vendor attempting to violate the terms of the vendor agreement will be given an opportunity to follow the vendor program conditions. If the conditions are not met, that vendor will not be allowed back for the remainder of that calendar year.
If you choose to participate please contact Cascade Tracktime.
