A Typical Day

Schedule and Procedures

All Cascade Tracktime events operate as a two group format (30 minutes out of every hour per group). The only exception to this is for the events where we conduct our CT New Racer School (NRS). For those dates, we run a three group (20 minutes of every hour per group) format throughout the day.

To keep prices down, lunch, snacks and drinks are NOT provided. Plan ahead. We HIGHLY recommend for you to bring your own food and plenty of drinks. Food is available for purchase at the event through each track's concession vendor. There are also restaurants near each track, but these restaurants may not be the most convenient choice. Again, please plan ahead.

Cascade Tracktime 2 Group Format (30 minutes every hour)

The rider groups for Cascade Tracktime are designed to allow our riders to ride with less traffic in groups of similar speeds, resulting in safer, more controlled and fun environment. Select your riding group wisely. If we feel that a particular rider belongs in a different group, we will place you in that group for the next session. You can only ride in your assigned group. Group jumping is NOT allowed. The on track group will be prominently displayed at the track entrance.

After getting alot of feedback from alot of different sources, we have come up with a format that should work very well with a great low price. Starting at the May 1st event at PIR and continuing for the remainder of the year we will have the following format:

Group 1 (Levels A+ and A)
30 Minute Sessions every hour consisting of both Level A and A+ riders.

Group and Level Riding Schedule

As you can see, this schedule provides each Level four (4) 30 minute sessions for a total of two hours on track per day. Riders who wish to ride 30 minutes for each hour (complete Group) receive eight (8) 30 minute sessions for $219 ($27.38/session).

Those of you who have purchased ticket packs, it will be very simple. Each Level will be 75 points and the full Group will be 150 (same as current).
