We have a lot of flexibility when it comes to paying for your event and handling cancellations or transfers. That being said, we do have rules that we and you stick to.

The Riders Meeting is a key part of participating in a safe event.

We do not give refunds. Advance payment required for all events to guarantee a spot for the event.

Combined, Cascade Tracktime instructors annually ride tens of thousands of miles on the track and have over 180 years of track riding experience both in competition and recreation. Our instructors are here for one purpose: To help facilitate a safe and fun event while offering free of charge instruction to anyone interested in that service.

Our track events are designed to provide riders of all skill levels and abilities a safe and fun atmosphere to enjoy motorcycle track riding and improve your riding skill.

Want to be a vendor at Cascade Tracktime events?

Cascade Tracktime runs events at some of the most exciting tracks on the west coast... but some of them are just so far away! You can get the "rock star" treatment... we'll transport your bike and gear, you fly in (or drive your own fuel-efficient car).  You bike is ready for you at the venue....just show up and ride.  Space is LIMITED.  We have space for 27 bikes and related gear, so reserve your spot NOW.

Miller Motorsports Park Transport (Round Trip) $320 per bike.

Round Trip service of your bike, gearbag and one spares kit/tools from SDS Performance to Miller Motorsports Park.  Includes the use of on board compressed, electrical power and storage during the events.  Departing on Saturday September 27th at 8am, returning Thursday October 2nd at 8am.

Reno Fernley Raceway Transport (Round Trip) $275 per bike.

Round Trip service of your bike, gearbag and one spares kit/tools from SDS Performance to Reno Fernley Raceway.  Includes the use of on board compressed, electrical power and storage during the events.  Departing on Thursday October 16th at 3pm, returning Monday October 20th at 8pm.

Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Transport (Round Trip) $300 per bike.

Round Trip service of your bike, gearbag and one spares kit/tools from SDS Performance to Laguna Seca.  Includes the use of on board compressed, electrical power and storage during the events.  Departing on Sunday November 30th at 12pm, returning Thursday December 4th at 8pm.

Make sure you come preparred.  Remember, the course is PASS/FAIL.
